(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond man is facing a long list of charges following a weekend incident.  44-year-old James Black was taken into custody near South 15^th and B Street.  Black was allegedly driving with a suspended license and fled police.  He was also allegedly in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and syringes.  Black has already been released from the Wayne County Jail.
