(Wayne County, IN)--A stolen truck, along with the man who allegedly stole it, was located at a Richmond trailer park Monday morning.  The work truck had been taken from Highway 38 Dumpsters and Restrooms in Hagerstown.  Numerous law enforcement agents arrived at the trailer park at the north end of Salisbury Road and arrested 27-year-old Jacob Saylor for motor vehicle theft and resisting.  Saylor has a criminal record that includes a cruelty to animal charge.
