(Liberty, IN)--Liberty is getting a new town administration building.  The town announced Monday that it has purchased the former Whitewater Valley REMC building to be the new administration building.  There’s no word yet on exactly when the move to the new building will occur.  And, in some more Liberty news, some residents are noticing small flags in their yards.  It’s part of the fiber optic cable installation project and alerts contractors to other utility lines.
