(Richmond, IN)--Richmond’s Everett Cooper was wanted for failing to appear in court for a drug case.  And, when Cooper was located and taken into custody in the 1800 block of South 13^th Monday, he allegedly had more drugs that included cocaine and meth.  Because he failed to appear, he is now being held without bond.  Cooper was arrested last month after nearly 150 grams of various drugs were found in a house near the Depot District.
