(Richmond, IN)--Local leaders are working to find new life for the U.S. Bank building at the corner of 8^th and Main in downtown Richmond.  A grant is being sought to help with funding a renovation.  Part of that grant requires the building to have at least some living space.  Roxie Deer explained what that could look like on Tuesday.  "We imagine this apartment - this living unit - will be about 3000 square feet and will be kind of the high-end penthouse that we all would love to see in our downtown area," Deer explained.  Construction and renovation is expected to begin in about two months.
