(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond drug dealer with a long criminal record was taken into custody again Monday and now faces a brand new dealing charge.  Police caught 29-year-old Tayonne Tevis yesterday afternoon at South 13^th and L Street.  The quantity and specific type of drugs recovered has not been released.  In Wayne County, Tevis has six previous felony convictions, including five for possessing heroin or cocaine.  He is also due to be sentenced on the first day of July for firing a gun into a building.
