(Richmond, IN)--A wanted Richmond man was captured early Monday morning after a run through Hayes Arboretum.  47-year-old Jason Wigger was captured at 2:30 Monday morning after jumping a fence dividing the arboretum from someone’s back yard on Pinehurst Drive.  Wigger has two active criminal cases.  One is for felony intimidation from April of this year, while another is for a domestic battery from two years ago.  Wigger failed to show up for a hearing last month and a warrant for his arrest was issued.  Now, he’ll be held without bond.
