(Richmond, IN)--Richmond Common Council has what should be a fairly quick meeting scheduled for Monday night.  The only issue on the agenda is a request for an additional $12,000 to cover pre-employment physicals for firefighters.  Each physical now costs $2300.  The Richmond Fire Department is now down 14 members.  Five new firefighters will be coming on board soon, but there will still be nine vacancies through the end of the year.  Monday night’s meeting begins at 7 o’clock.  As always, you can catch it live on WCTV.
