(Eaton, OH)--The Preble County man accused of killing a passenger on a passing motorcycle was formally indicted by a grand jury Monday.  Now, 59-year-old Kenneth Brabant has pled not guilty by reason of insanityThe court has been asked to evaluate Brabant’s competency to stand trial.
