(Wayne County, IN)--Wayne County will see the construction of 82 single-family homes through its Housing Accelerator Program that is managed by the EDC of Wayne County.  The EDC announced Monday that five eligible applications were identified.  The largest is Willowbrook Place in Centerville.  That location will provide 24 single-family homes with asking prices of around $300,000.  Hidden Valley in Richmond is slated for 20 new homes with an average asking price of $400,000.  The other three locations are Meers Estates just north of Cambridge City and Garwood Acres and Sandbridge Hills in Richmond.  The new developments represent an investment of $26 million throughout Wayne County.
