(Richmond, IN)--The Richmond Community School Board is set to meet Wednesday afternoon.  The Board will address and is expected to approve an agreement with Centerstone.  Centerstone would provide a wide variety of mental health services for students at RCS at no cost to the district.  The Board is also expected to reject a bid for Lyboult Field renovation.  Thor Construction was the only bidder and submitted an amount of just over $3.5 million.  The agenda indicates the project now requires a reevaluation of the budget.  Wednesday’s meeting begins at 5:30.
