(Richmond, IN)--Richmond’s new collegiate-level summer baseball team will begin play next summer at McBride Stadium.  They’re still without a nickname.  But, after lots of public submissions of suggestions, the list has been narrowed down to five.  Here they are:  the Richmond Wampus Cats, the Richmond Stardust, the Richmond Flying Mummies, the Richmond Groove, and the Richmond Plastic Dinos.  Most of the early sentiment since the final five was made public steers toward the Richmond Groove.  Voting will be open for another month.
