(Richmond, IN)--Motions were filed on Friday in the case of a lawsuit filed against both Richmond Community Schools and the city of Richmond involving alleged ongoing bullying against a student.  That student’s family alleges that severe physical injuries and sexual assault occurred during bullying at Dennis Middle School.  On Friday, RCS filed a motion for additional time to respond to the allegations.  The district now has until September 3 to respond.
