(Richmond, IN)--A crash Saturday night in Richmond’s Whitewater Gorge turned fatal, and now a Richmond man is facing criminal charges.  According to an RPD press release, they arrived to find a single-car crash with a man later identified as 48-year-old Christopher Kennedy trapped inside.  Kennedy was removed from the wreckage and taken to Reid Health, where he was later pronounced dead.  27-year-old Billy Goodwin was then located at his home and charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident, false informing, and resisting arrest.  Goodwin has already posted bond and was free Mo nday morning.
