(Richmond, IN)--A disturbance early Tuesday morning has landed a Richmond man behind bars after he allegedly battered a Richmond police officers.  It happened at around midnight in the 200 block of North 17^th after a screaming female called 911.  Officers arrived and took 31-year-old Isaac Anderson into custody.  He went first to Reid Health and then to jail.  There was no indication that an officer was injured.  Anderson is also charged with resisting.
