(Lake Lakengren, OH)--Charges were upgraded Wednesday against a township trustee in Preble County who was originally charged last weekend with voyeurism.  36-year-old Wade Guthrie is now also charged with illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material and grooming.  New details Wednesday indicated that Guthrie allegedly made video recordings of a juvenile in a bathroom at a private home.  Gasper Township issued a statement Wednesday saying that they are aware of the charges but are not commenting.  Guthrie’s term isn’t set to expire until the end of 2027.
