(Wayne County, IN)--A local man was in custody Monday morning after allegedly threatening his neighbor late Sunday night.  Police reports indicate 48-year-old Michael Hales got into a dispute with a neighbor, retrieved a gun, and then stood staring at the neighbor while holding that weapon.  Hales is now charged with intimidation with a deadly weapon.
