(Eaton, OH)--The Eaton High School band director was behind bars Monday morning as a result of his alleged inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old female student.  49-year-old Paul Bingle was taken into custody over the weekend.  Bingle faces charges that include sexual battery by a school person of authority, dissemination of material harmful to a minor, and grooming.  Details of the allegations have not been released.  The girl’s mother took to social media to make accusations that exceed the current criminal charges.  Bingle has been placed on leave by Eaton Community Schools.
