(Eaton, OH)--Eaton High School’s band director made his first appearance in court Wednesday.   Paul Bingle faces numerous felonies tied to allegations that he had an inappropriate relationship with at least one student.  Bingle was accompanied by his private attorney at Wednesday’s hearing.  He waived his right to a pretrial hearing and requested a bond reduction from half-a-million to a quarter-of-a-million dollars.  If released, Bingle said he would live with his parents.  Court documents now indicated that investigators believe he had inappropriate relations with more than one student.  The judge has not issued a decision on the bond reduction request.
