(Eaton, OH)--Criminal charges have been dropped against a township trustee in Preble County, but it’s very likely only temporary.  36-year-old Wade Guthrie is a trustee in Gasper Township.  Guthrie was arrested earlier this month after allegedly placing cameras in a juvenile girl’s bathroom.  Charges have been dismissed, but the prosecutor’s office indicated it is simply a legal maneuver before the case is presented to a Preble County grand jury.  Guthrie is currently free on bond and is still listed on the county’s website as a trustee.
