(Richmond, IN)--Phase One of the construction project to bring a new terminal to the Richmond Municipal Airport kicked off Tuesday.  Congressman Jefferson Shreve was on hand to recognize a quarter-of-a-million-dollar grant from the FAA.  That funding will cover architectural and engineering designs, site preparation, and environmental assessments.  Mayor Ron Oler recently said that a modern airport terminal is vital for economic development.
