(Richmond, IN)--Richmond’s Genesis Apartments at South 23^rd and L was the scene of the apprehension of a wanted man Tuesday night.  The SWAT Team was alerted to the presence of 23-year-old Deontae Gabbard.  Gabbard was wanted for violating his probation in a burglary case.  Not only was Gabbard arrested, two women who allegedly tried to help hide him were also arrested.  Those two are Chloe Throop and Jakia Cottman.  They’re both charged with assisting a criminal.
