(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond drug dealer is back behind bars after an arrest Wednesday night.  Officers went to the 1400 block of South 4^th Street at around 9 o’clock and located 54-year-old Kenneth Gipson and 48-year-old Josephine Taynor.  Gipson was charged with dealing cocaine or other narcotic drug and possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon.  Taynor was charged with possession.  This is Gipson’s third drug-dealing arrest in Wayne County.  Back in 2000, he faced 121 counts in a dealing case and was sent to prison.  In 2019, he was charged with two more counts of dealing.  The quantity of drugs that were recovered Wednesday night has not been released.
