Tim McGraw already revealed that he cried when he recorded his latest single, “I Called Mama,” just as he did the first time he tried to sing it for his wife, Faith Hill.
Tim has even gotten choked up talking about the song during interviews, and of course it has to do with the subject matter, but Tim tells us it's also because he's turned into a really emotional guy.
“Gosh, I don’t know. At 53 I probably don’t self-examine as much as I should, but I think I’m learning that I’m getting more and more emotional, I think. I’m getting more and more emotional about everything, and maybe I’ve been headin’ that direction for a while but maybe this time has really sped that process up. I mean, I can cry at commercials now. It’s ridiculous.”
