Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning return to host the CMA Awards in less than two weeks.  This time, however, they'll be joined by reigning CMA Entertainer of the Year Lainey Wilson. Wilson is nominated four times this year, including for Entertainer of the Year. Morgan Wallen leads the field of nominations with seven.  The 58th CMA Awards will be held Wednesday, November 20th at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.
