(Richmond, IN)--Richmond remains a finalist for two large economic development projects.  EDC CEO Valerie Shaffer is expected to update the Board of Directors when the Board holds its monthly meeting Monday afternoon.  Those two projects – code named Project Laboratory and Project Delta – represent a combined $136 million in investment and 156 new jobs.  The EDC is in the process of finalizing real estate purchase agreements and land surveys.  In addition to those two new projects, the EDC is working on expansion projects with six existing Wayne County businesses.
