(Wayne County, IN)--Wayne County’s Economic Development Corporation is on a roll following the recent announcement that Liberation Labs would set up shop in the Midwest Industrial Park and create 45 new jobs.  On Monday afternoon, a resolution will be sought to allow negotiations for the sale of 40 acres in the third phase of the park for Project Delta.  That’s an unnamed project that would bring 111 more jobs and $63 million in investment.  There are three more projects in the negotiation stage that would bring a combined 128 more jobs and $212 million in investment.  And, there are seven local expansion projects underway.
