(Richmond, IN)--One person was caught following a chase and crash that occurred on Thursday morning.  19-year-old Juan Lopez-Lopez was booked into jail at 5 o’clock Thursday morning.  Lopez-Lopez has never had a license.  When officers tried to stop him, he fled into the Friends Fellowship area off of Chester Boulevard in Richmond and crashed into a tree.  He then fled on foot into a wooded area and was caught a short distance away.
