(Richmond, IN)--Richmond has been named a Tree City USA by the Arbor Day Foundation.  To do that, the city had to meet four requirements including having a forestry budget of at least two dollars per capita.  Richmond’s Street Department oversees a tree care program and is responsible for more than 10,000 trees.  This is the 28^th time the city has received the designation.
