(Richmond, IN)--The city of Richmond announced Wednesday that lane restrictions are set to begin either today or tomorrow on North A Street.  Some of those restrictions have already been in place, but this one will allow for resurfacing and for the installation of sidewalk curb ramps to make the street ADA compliant.  Phased lane restrictions will be taking place, although at least one lane will remain open.  The construction runs on North A from 16^th to 3^rd Street and will continue through late fall.  It means that three of Richmond four main thoroughfares are either completely closed or heavily restricted.
