(Richmond, IN)--There has been some activity this week in the civil lawsuit against Seth Smith.  The city of Richmond claims that Smith is responsible for last month’s My Way Trading fire and two private citizens have filed suit.  This week, Gregory Horn was appointed as a special judge.  An order this week also requires attorneys for both sides to file a case management plan by June 15, which essentially states when they’ll be ready to go to trial.  The plaintiffs are seeking unspecified damages, and it’s a virtual certainty that others will join the lawsuit.
