(Preble County, OH)--More people are working today in Preble County than have been working in the last 16 years.  That’s according to new numbers from Preble County Economic Development.  The number has climbed to more than 13,000 people.  Even more impressive is what’s happening with Preble County wages.  Wages have risen 44% in just the last five years.  Average annual wages have climbed over $49,000 per year.  A large new employer is just beginning the hiring process.  That’s Royal Canin, which is expected to hire 225 new workers.
