(Richmond, IN)--On Friday, an order was issued setting formal dates for the My Way Trading Fire civil lawsuit.  One element of the order in Wayne Superior Court I is the requirement that the case go in front of a mediator three months before the scheduled trial date to try to avoid a trial.  The next date in the case is a pretrial conference in November of this year.  The case is now set to go to trial on February 10 of 2025.  Meanwhile, the EPA has not issued an update on cleanup efforts at the My Way site since May 15.  No results from testing at the site have been released.
