(Richmond, IN)--Earlier this week, Kicks 96 and 101.7 The Point News looked at new unemployment numbers for Wayne County.  Now, here’s a look specifically at Richmond.  In just the last month, 138 fewer Richmond residents are counted among those with jobs.  The number of people in the labor force is hold steady at just under 14,700 people.  The unemployment rate in Richmond has spiked in the last month from three percent to 4.1%.
