MAN JAILED AFTER GAS STATION ROBBERY

(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond man was captured shortly after he allegedly robbed a Richmond gas station Monday night.  At around 9 o’clock Monday night, employees of the Clark station at 12th and North E were confronted by a masked man.  He did not display a weapon, but had his hand in his pocket as if he had one.  He made off with about $400.  A short time later, police located 29-year-old Jordan Jarrett nearby with a large amount of cash in his pocket.  Jarrett was in the Wayne County Jail Tuesday morning.  Back in 2013, he was arrested twice in two weeks – once for robbery and once for child molesting.
