(Wayne County, IN)--A Hagerstown woman who was already wanted for possessing a syringe was taken into custody on State Road 1 near Cambridge City Tuesday, and deputies allegedly found lots more drugs.  38-year-old Torri Richardson was allegedly in possession of undisclosed quantities of meth and cocaine.  Richardson also allegedly provided deputies with false information.
