(Richmond, IN)--Demolition on Richmond’s Depot District overpass continues, but passers-by will soon begin to see the first signs of the new bridge.  Crews will begin to build piers for the new bridge by drilling shafts and then hoisting steel cages into place to pour concrete.  North E Street is scheduled to be closed Wednesday and Thursday near the construction site.  It will reopen for the weekend and then close again on Monday and Tuesday if work is not complete.
