(Richmond, IN)--Ninth graders at Richmond Community Schools report Thursday, while the rest of the district’s students return on Monday.  RCS is welcoming 23 new teachers to the system and boasts a 93% retention rate.  Here’s Superintendent Dr. Curtis Wright in a promotional video that was released Wednesday:  "We have already experienced increases in student achievement at our elementary levels and have laid the groundwork for our secondary students to follow suit.  Insuring inclusive environments in which every child can be successful is a must as we move into the 2023-24 school year."  RCS has over 140 community partnerships.
