(Richmond, IN)--A pre-trial hearing is scheduled to take place Friday morning for the man charged with shooting and killing RPD Officer Seara Burton.  Several motions were filed Thursday in the case of Phillip Lee, including one for a Zoom option for the hearing.  An order was also issued Thursday regarding courtroom management and decorum.  Thursday of next week will mark the one-year point since Seara was shot.  Lee is not currently set to go on trial until February of 2025.
