(Richmond, IN)--School bells are ringing for the first time this school year at Richmond Community Schools Monday morning.  RHS is welcoming seniors with some fun events Monday morning at the Tiernan Center.  Students will have a full week of fall break in late October and an extended Christmas break that covers 19 days.  The last day of the school year for students will be May 23.
