(Richmond, IN)--The city of Richmond took a big step toward a new terminal at the Richmond Municipal Airport Monday night.  Common Council unanimously approved accepting grants that will cover the majority of the cost of a new terminal.  Last year, 11 airports similar to Richmond’s size received federal terminal grant funding that ranged from three-quarters to $1.2 million.  The airport has made several other upgrades in the last two years.
