(Richmond, IN)--An attempted bicycle theft and stabbing landed a Richmond man in jail Tuesday night.  51-year-old Christopher Sipple allegedly tried to steal a bicycle from a female victim from the area of Westview Elementary at South West 16^th and A.  Sipple fled and was found hiding under a blanket in a garage on South West 14^th.  He was allegedly in possession of drug paraphernalia and syringes.  There’s no word yet on the condition of the victim.
