(Richmond, IN)--Scanner traffic indicated that one person was briefly trapped during a Richmond multi-unit structure fire overnight Wednesday night into Thursday morning.  It was around midnight when firefighters were called to a home in the 200 block of North 10^th.  Smoke and flames were showing.  All occupants were evacuated and no injuries were reported.  There’s no word yet on the cause of that fire.
