A Connersville man died yesterday in a one vehicle accident near Columbia.  Fayette County Sheriff's officers responded to a report yesterday morning of a vehicle that had driven off the road into a fence.  Arriving officer found that Mark Spurlock of Connersville had suffered a serious medical event that likely caused the accident.  Lifesaving measures were attempted by passerby, Sheriff's office and EMS, but were unsuccessful.
