(Richmond, IN)--Three alleged Richmond burglars were captured by RPD officers over the weekend.  Officers responded in the pre-dawn hours to a business located at South 5^th and G.  There, they found 19-year-olds Jesse Owens and Marquez Spicer along with 21-year-old Zachary Tout.  All three have already been released from jail, but all three face burglary charges.  In Indiana, burglary is a relatively high-level felony.  It’s a Level Two, which is second only to Level One felonies that include murder and rape.
