Every Whitewater Valley has seen a significant increase in median housing pricing. In Union County, it’s an incredible increase. In the last year, the average price of a Union County home is up 139% and stands today at $215,000. Wayne County’s average home price is up 13% to $131,000. Franklin County has our area’s most expensive homes at $243,000, while Fayette County has the cheapest at $122,000.
