(Richmond, IN)--A plea and sentencing hearing was held Tuesday for a 70-year-old man who has been labeled a serious sex offender.  Brian Wedding was arrested last year after trying to enter Test Intermediate School in Richmond as school was letting out for the day.  He was charged with unlawful entry of school property by a serious sex offender.  Wedding was sent to the Wayne County Jail after Tuesday’s hearing.  Back in 2004, he was convicted of soliciting a child for sex in Fayette County.
