(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond man is a long criminal history was back behind bars Thursday morning after a warrant was issued for his arrest last month.  31-year-old Dillon Fultz is now charged with Robbery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury and Criminal Confinement While Armed With a Deadly Weapon.  Details of what Fultz is alleged to have done in his latest arrest have not been obtained.  Four years ago, Fultz tried to smuggle drugs into the Wayne County Jail.  After four other felony cases in the last decade, Fultz is also facing the charge of being a habitual offender.
