(Franklin County, IN)--The National Weather Service has spent a couple of days surveying damage and concluded that a tornado touched down in Franklin County on Monday night.   It was rated an EF-0 with a wind speed of around 85 miles per hour and touched down northeast of Brookville in the areas of Garr Hill and Pea Ridge Roads.  Several homes sustained roof damage, a garage was destroyed, and numerous trees were uprooted.  The tornado was on the ground for about seven minutes.  No injuries were reported.
