(Richmond, IN)--Last week, Kicks 96 and 101.7 The Point News talked about iLearn results for students across Wayne County.  Now, here’s a closer look at the performance of individual schools inside the Richmond Community School system.  Results show an eye-opening disparity in performance.  For example, at the elementary school level, 45% of students at Charles tested proficient in English and Language Arts, but only 11% of students at Starr can make the same claim.  And, at Test Intermediate, 20% of students are proficient in both English and math.  At Dennis, that number is less than two percent.  Based on that figure, only about a dozen students in the entire Dennis building are proficient in both categories.
